These terms govern your use of Rockanova's website, ticketing system, and venue services. Read them carefully before booking a show, purchasing tickets, or listing your band.
Rockanova operates a live music venue in Cape Town and an online platform for artist booking and event ticketing. We curate rock, indie, and alternative performances, and offer backline rental, sound engineering, and artist development workshops. All services are subject to availability and venue capacity.
When booking a show or purchasing tickets, you agree to provide accurate information. Artists and promoters must confirm their set times, technical riders, and any special requirements at least 48 hours before the event. We expect all guests to respect the venue, staff, and fellow concertgoers.
Rockanova is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring on the premises, except where caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for cancelled or rescheduled shows due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, power outages, or artist no-shows. In such cases, ticket refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate access to our platform and venue for anyone who violates these terms, disrupts events, or engages in abusive behaviour. Artists who repeatedly miss booked shows without notice may be removed from our booking directory.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or venue after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
